Welcome to the Carnegie
Foothill Teaching Academy (FTA) homepage.

oothill College formally established the Carnegie-based "Teaching Academy" Winter Quarter 1999.
It essentially consists of a group of faculty who represent a wide range of disciplines and
perspectives who discuss various aspects of the scholarship of teaching in "Campus Conversations.
We are currently focusing on two issue areas;

- Student diversity
